We recently launched powerful automation and outreach features in ourĀ patient recruitment management platform. With Smart Automations, study teams can now trigger email notifications before, after, or immediately following predefined events, with the ability to localize content by selecting specific country and language variants so patients receive messages in their preferred tongue. In addition, the updated outreach workflow provides study teamsĀ with configurable and flexible email templates. Researchers can easily build templates from scratch or modify existing default templates as a base to create user-specific versions tailored to their individual workflows.


We are proud to support Montefiore Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati in buildingĀ the FORETELL-Epilepsy app, anĀ NIH-funded initiativeĀ to advance seizure forecasting and improve patient care. The app enables adults living with epilepsy to contribute real-world data through daily diaries of seizures, mood, and stress, and integrates with wearable devices to track heart rate and sleep. It is now live on app stores, with enrollment underway.
