“This May, we attended the 2026 Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) conference, an energizing and insightful experience for everyone involved. We had the opportunity to present the TrialX Space Health Platform, which powers TRISH HERMES, and engage directly with flight surgeons, space medicine physicians, and experts who have supported human spaceflight for decades. The conversations provided valuable perspectives on real-world needs across medical operations, crew health monitoring, research data collection, offline care workflows, and future deep-space exploration.
A major theme throughout the conference was the growing role of AI agents in supporting healthcare beyond low Earth orbit, particularly as missions become longer, more autonomous, and increasingly distant from Earth-based medical teams. These discussions reinforced the importance of building integrated platforms that combine clinical workflows, research protocols, sensor data, medical inventory management, offline capability, and intelligent decision support.
At our booth, we brought these concepts to life through interactive demonstrations, including an AI agent leading a Zero Gravity Workout and “Rocky,” our alien bot, engaging visitors in conversation. The enthusiasm and feedback from the community were incredibly encouraging and sparked many new ideas for how TrialX can continue supporting the future of space health and human exploration.”

We’re honored to power the ALS Network’s Trial Finder, an AI-driven platform that helps individuals easily discover clinical trials for ALS and related motor neuron diseases. The tool offers a personalized, user-friendly experience with guided questions, smart filters, and clear trial summaries—connecting patients to relevant studies and keeping them informed through a volunteer registry. Recently, we introduced new enhancements to streamline our volunteer search and outreach. The improved interface enables more intuitive filtering with multi-select conditions and flexible location targeting, while saved searches allow teams to quickly reuse selection criteria. Users can now create volunteer lists for targeted outreach and track campaign performance with detailed engagement metrics, helping study teams identify, reach, and engage participants more efficiently.

We are proud to support Montefiore Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati in building the FORETELL-Epilepsy app, an NIH-funded initiative to advance seizure forecasting and improve patient care. The app enables adults living with epilepsy to contribute real-world data through daily diaries of seizures, mood, and stress, and integrates with wearable devices to track heart rate and sleep. It is now live on app stores, with enrollment underway. We are glad and honored that the investigators and study team felt supported throughout the process, sharing: “I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the time and effort TrialX has dedicated to supporting us with the apps and troubleshooting whenever issues arise.”
