As part of the latest v6.0 release of TrialX iConnect we have launched a new Volunteer Search and Outreach module. We are excited about how this module can help study teams to engage registered volunteers by searching and selecting matching volunteers and sending them study specific outreach messages.
Meet your diversity targets with precision outreach
Our volunteer registry allows patients and healthy volunteers to sign up if they are interested in participating in ongoing or upcoming clinical trials. We have had about 0.4 million plus volunteers registered in the past five years. The study teams could search volunteers for their trials from this database based on their age, gender and disease or condition. With the new features added, we facilitate the study teams to collect race, ethnicity and preferred language information as well from volunteers. Our new module now enables the study teams to search for the potential participants in the registry using various parameters including:
- Preferred language
- Disease condition
- Geographic radius
- Other health conditions
- Other demographic data
From the matching results, they can create a curated list of volunteers that can be reached out for a given study. We also provide a system for the study teams to reach out to these volunteers based on their preferences and demographics.
Reach out to matched volunteers faster
We now facilitate higher volumes of connections to interested groups of volunteers. Study teams will be able to perform email outreach directly to registrants who match to their study and send a mass email to a specified number of volunteers. They can send outreach messages to anonymous volunteer profiles and volunteers are prompted to respond depending on their interest in the clinical trial. Volunteers who are interested should submit a referral form and provide demographics and condition/disease details. Volunteer profiles are made accessible to the study teams only when the referrals are submitted.
Track your outreach
We enable study teams to easily keep up with the volunteers that showed interest in their trials and follow up with them. Each outreach message sent to volunteers generates a trackable recruitment campaign to provide real time insight into the success of the outreach.
We aim to continue to facilitate clinical research and aid study teams with access to searchable volunteer databases and more accurate outreach.
Stay tuned for updates on more exciting features coming up!
