PRODUCT UPDATES
The third in a series of proposed Axiom Space human spaceflight missions, the Ax-3 mission splashed down safely this month. The crew conducted more than 30 different experiments for 18 days aboard the orbiting laboratory on the ISS. The Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) team collected biomedical data with the spaceflight participants at Kennedy Space Center after splashdown. In partnership with TRISH, we are thrilled to support pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight health research data collection and storage from commercial astronauts during these space missions. Click here to learn about some of the research projects that are a part of this mission.
Antibiotic resistance is a pressing global health issue, exacerbated by the rampant overuse and misuse of antibiotics. Using TrialX’s remote data collection solutions, researchers at the University of Iowa, developed a SAYSTOP study app to investigate if it is safe for patients to stop their antibiotics when they feel better compared to completing all of their antibiotic pills for urinary tract infections (UTI). This user-friendly mobile application will enable study participants to track and manage their antibiotic usage with ease.
