🧬 FEATURED CLINICAL STUDIES

Powered by TrialX

Better Sleep, Brighter Minds: Indiana University researchers are studying whether an online relaxation and sleep program can improve well-being in youth ages 11–13 with mild stress. Parents and children will attend 8 weekly virtual sessions, practice relaxation and sleep skills together, and complete surveys over 4 months.

Flicker Photophobia Study: Researchers from Penn Medicine are exploring how flickering light affects people with and without migraine with visual aura. Participants ages 18–40 will wear a light-logging device, complete vision perception tests, and undergo fMRI scans to better understand how the brain responds to flicker.

Acne Vaccine Study: Sanofi researchers are testing an experimental vaccine designed to train the immune system to fight the bacteria that causes acne. About 260 adults ages 18–45 will take part at ~100 study sites. Over about 8 months, they will attend up to 14 clinic visits where researchers will monitor skin health and overall safety.

SunRISe-5: Building on the encouraging findings from the SunRISe-1 trial where 82% of patients were cured of bladder cancer, Janssen Research & Development, LLC is now recruiting patients with high-risk non–muscle invasive bladder cancer who relapsed after BCG treatment, for the Phase 3 study – SunRISe-5. This pivotal trial will assess J&J’s TAR-200 – a pretzel shaped drug delivery device – in a larger population, directly comparing it with intravesical chemotherapy. Results will determine whether TAR-200 can become a new treatment option for bladder cancer.
