TrialX, a leader in building enterprise patient recruitment and remote clinical research data collection platforms, announces a partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF), an organization dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease. The collaboration aims to enhance the availability and access to clinical trial information for the Parkinson’s community.

The Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) at Baylor College of Medicine, with consortium partners Massachusetts Institute of Technology and California Institute of Technology, announced today two new projects with Ejenta and TrialX to develop systems to improve healthcare delivery and data management for spaceflight participants and researchers.

TrialX announced the launch of a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) toolkit in iConnect, an award-winning patient recruitment management platform. iConnect serves as a central system for patient recruitment operations at major pharmaceutical sponsors, large academic research centers and patient advocacy groups.

When the first all-civilian mission launches into Earth’s orbit next week, an innovative data repository and analytics platform developed by NYC-based TrialX will also launch. The innovative technology will house a first-of-its-kind database designed to collect research, flight and relevant clinical data from Inspiration4 and future commercial spaceflight missions.

In addition to new experiments, TRISH’s goal is to provide a state-of-the-art integrated medical and environmental research knowledge bank as well as a repository for biological samples. EXPAND will capture research, medical data and biospecimens from all volunteering commercial spaceflight participants. TRISH selected TrialX to build the centralized database.

TrialX’s iConnect is specifically designed to facilitate patient-recruitment for academic medical centers, sponsors, and patient advocacy groups. iConnect allows your investigators to improve online awareness of their trials, communicate with interested participants, and monitor recruitment metrics. TrialX serves institutions like Penn Medicine, NYU Langone Medical Center, CenterWatch and more.
