Chemotherapy with or without Bevacizumab in treating patients with Stage IB, State II, or Stage III A Non-small Lung Cancer that was removed by surgery – The clinical trial compares overall survival of patients with NSCLC who have been treated with adjuvant chemotherapy with or without Bevacizumab. The trial is open for both males and females above the age of 18 years and suffering from lung cancer.
  2. PF-00299804 As a single oral agent in selected patients with Adenocarcinoma of the lung – The study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the investigational drug, oral PanHER inhibitor PF-00299804 in patients suffering from Adenocarcinoma.   4. Seneca Valley Virus-001 After Chemotherapy in Treating Patients with Extensive –Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer – A virus named Seneca Valley virus-001 (NTX-010) may have the ability to kill cancer cells without damaging normal cells of the body. The randomized phase II trial studies NTX-010 aims to study the efficacy of the virus and compare it with a placebo given after chemotherapy in treating patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer.
