TrialX PCOS Tracker proudly sponsors the PCOS Challenge 5K run in New York City aimed at raising PCOS awareness & PCOS research funding.
September is #pcosawarenessmonth and it is amazing to see the dedication of the PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) patients and advocates involved in spreading PCOS awareness. PCOS Tracker is proud to sponsor the New York PCOS Challenge 5K Run/Walk presented by PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association.
The run/walk is part of the largest national campaign raising awareness and funds to help fight PCOS. Through this event, PCOS challenge motivates pcos patients and pcos advocates to participate in the virtual run to raise awareness and/or start a team and raise funds for PCOS research. All campaign proceeds go toward PCOS awareness, education, support, health screening, grant and research programs. Thanks for the great work PCOS Challenge!

PCOS Tracker is a free app made using DIY app making platform TrialX Appbakery aimed at helping women track their daily and monthly PCOS symptoms to understand their condition better. It has been downloaded more than 23K times (…and counting) by women of all ages – adolescents, adult, peri-menopausal and menopausal women – who are dealing with PCOS. We have been adding more ~400+ participants every week, and this overwhelming response just shows how troubled women are with this cluster of symptoms that manifests as PCOS. And that they are looking for a solution.
Encouragingly, a feedback survey shows that the PCOS Tracker is helping women to stay aware and motivating them to change their lifestyle as they fill in their daily and monthly logs. Women can connect the app to Apple healthkit or fitbit and track their steps and sleep patterns. The PCOS Tracker also allows women to track their Premenstrual syndrome symptoms on a monthly basis.
Since its inception in 2009, PCOS Challenge – world’s leading organisation supporting PCOS advocacy, founded by Sasha Otty, has been working hard to leave no stone unturned in spreading PCOS awareness to prioritise PCOS, and help increase PCOS research funding. This year, due to restrictions imposed in the wake of COVID-19 infections, the in-person run/walk event has been converted to a virtual event and all registrations to virtual run/walk registrations. A virtual gala and silent auction and a 3 day virtual symposium packed with informative talks was also organised.
As a part of events to raise PCOS awareness, PCOS Challenge has done an incredible job turning the world’s – buildings of importance – teal to highlight the seriousness of this condition affecting 1 in 10 women.
PCOS Tracker hopes to continue to spread PCOS awareness with PCOS challenge, motivate women of all ages to adopt a PCOS appropriate lifestyle, PCOS healthy habits, and help track their daily/monthly PCOS symptoms to stay in charge of their condition.
