What is Glucomannan (Dietman Flapowd)?
Glucomannan is a water-soluble polysaccharide that is considered a dietary fiber. Glucomannan is a food additive used as an emulsifier and thickener. The Western name for vegetable fibers derived from an Asiatic plant family known as Konjac. Glucomannan soluble non-absorbable dietary fiber swells in the stomach to help create a feeling of fullness.
Indication/Contraindication for use of Glucomannan (Dietman Flapowd)
Reduction of blood glucose & serum lipid level.
Dosage of Glucomannan (Dietman Flapowd)
1 Sachet before each meals.
