This week CureTalk’s Myeloma Cure Panel was launched and successfully. A panel of seven myeloma patients and bloggers, myeloma expert, and over 30 people listening in to the teleconference, Myeloma Cure Panel was aired live on BlogTalk Radio on the 22 August 2012 @ 1pm EST. Dr. Ravi Vij, the expert on the panel provided all participants with comprehensive data touching upon the research efforts in multiple myeloma in the last 10 years and on the ongoing efforts that would bear fruit in the coming few years. New drugs, maintenance therapy with lenalidomide, dosing of myeloma drugs, and treatment of high risk and low risk patients were some of the topics brought to fore by the panelists.
