Study Description

Horizons Clinical Research Center, LLC is now enrolling volunteers to participate in a clinical research study for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the study medication controls type 2 diabetes in conjunction with Metformin while at the same time evaluating its effectiveness at lowering blood pressure and decreasing weight.

 

Qualified participants must be between the ages of 18 and 75, have type 2 diabetes, not require insulin treatment, and be using only Metformin.

Trial Benefits

Qualified participants will receive all study related clinic visits, lab assessments, medical exams, and study medication at no cost throughout the study, plus compensation for time and travel.

This is a 16 week study with a total of up to 8 clinic visits.
